Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide therapy to patients under medical direction at the Grand Rapids site. You will implement OT interventions and educate patients and caregivers.
Coordinate with the rehab team, assess needs for adaptive equipment, and contribute to discharge planning. Requires a Bachelor's in OT; a Master's is preferred, plus MI OT licensure and OTR certification upon hire.
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
