Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy is required.
• State licensure is mandatory.
• Certification as a Hand Therapist is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat clients with neurological deficits or paralysis.
• Complete required documentation including evaluations and progress notes.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs.
• Assist community in regulatory standards.
• Work with inpatient and outpatient clients.

Occupational Therapist [PRN]

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats clients with disorders, neurological deficits, weakness, or paralysis in accordance with physician orders
• Completes all required documentation including evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharge summaries
• Develops and implements individualized therapy programs
• Assists the community in meeting certification and regulatory standards
• Works with Inpatient and outpatients clients.

Qualifications

Masters of Science Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. State Licensure.

Experience

Certified Hand Therapist, preferred but not required
