Job summary

Solara Care Solutions, building on Fleet Landing’s reputation, seeks an Occupational Therapist (PRN) to deliver high-quality OT services to our community. This mission-driven role supports independence, dignity, and quality of life for the seniors we serve.

You will evaluate and treat clients, complete documentation, develop individualized therapy programs, and help the organization meet regulatory standards, working with inpatient and outpatient clients.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate level OT degree and state licensure required.
• Certified Hand Therapist preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats clients with disorders, neurological deficits, weakness or paralysis per physician orders.
• Completes all required documentation including evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharge summaries.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy programs.
• Assists the community in meeting certification and regulatory standards.
• Works with Inpatient and outpatient clients.

Minimum Education Required

Masters of Science Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. State Licensure.

Experience
