Job summary

Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility in New York. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric settings is preferred, new grads welcome
• Ability to evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for progress notes and care planning
