Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility in New York. You will evaluate residents and develop individualized OT plans to improve independence.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program and a current New York State OT license; SNF/geriatric experience is preferred. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with benefits and professional support.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited OT program.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric care setting is preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
