Job summary

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program, current state OT licensure (or in process), and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of OT interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
