Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing in Andover, MA. This full-time role helps residents regain daily living skills and independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

You will perform OT evaluations, create care plans, deliver therapy for ADLs, strength, balance, cognition, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, CE opportunities, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts OT license.
• Graduate of accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Establish meaningful goals based on residents' needs and abilities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

• Coordinate care with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other professionals.

Post Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing. This role offers the opportunity to help residents regain everyday skills, improve functional abilities, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

What You'll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance
• Establish meaningful goals based on each resident's needs and abilities
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents and caregivers on safe use
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
