Job summary

Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab Center in Derry, NH is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support residents in a skilled nursing environment. The role focuses on helping residents improve safety, independence, and participation in daily routines.

You will complete evaluations and treatment sessions, address ADLs and upper-extremity function, recommend equipment, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications
