Qualifications

• Must be an Occupational Therapist with a degree from an accredited OT program.
• Current and active Florida OT license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to residents’ functional goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence in daily living activities.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support rehabilitation of residents recovering from illness, injury, or disability.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and safeguard resident confidentiality.
• Promote a positive and respectful environment aligned with compassionate care.
