Job summary

LTC Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in Harwich, MA. The role offers an hourly rate of $42–$46 and benefits, with responsibilities focused on rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility.

You will evaluate residents, develop care plans, deliver therapy to improve daily living skills and coordination, and educate patients and caregivers while documenting outcomes and collaborating with the rehab team.

• Document outcomes clearly for nursing and therapy teams.
• Work with interdisciplinary rehab team to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities
