You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active OT license in the state of practice.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR where required by state.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all required physician orders.
