LTC Therapy Services in Harwich, MA seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver therapy under licensed OT supervision and support residents in daily living activities.

• Active Massachusetts COTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks.
• Implement individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT.
• Track resident progress and communicate relevant changes to the therapy team.
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies.
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
