Job summary

LTC Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in Harwich, MA. The role offers an hourly rate of $42–$46 and benefits, with responsibilities focused on rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility.

You will evaluate residents, develop care plans, deliver therapy to improve daily living skills and coordination, and educate patients and caregivers while documenting outcomes and collaborating with the rehab team.

LTC Therapy Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Harwich. Your work will connect rehabilitation goals with everyday tasks, helping residents regain skills or learn new approaches to caring for themselves.
