Responsabilidades

• Provides daily occupational therapy services to diverse patient groups.
• Develops individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation, medical and nursing teams.
• Documents evaluations, treatment plans and progress notes.
• Communicates with patients and families about status and goals.
• Participates in department program development.
