Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 1-3 years clinical patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers occupational therapy services per department objectives.
• Evaluates patients and gathers data to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Plans therapy with consideration of patient’s physical, emotional and intellectual abilities.
• Provides direct therapy services in various settings and documents results.
• Communicates with patient, family, physician and team members about progress.
• Participates in program development and supports professional growth.
