Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 1-3 years clinical patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific factors and protocols from infant to geriatric.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment programs; evaluates patients.
• Uses activities to promote health and achieve treatment goals; adjusts plans as needed.
• Provides direct therapy services in varied settings to deliver care.
• Plans therapy in coordination with rehabilitation, medical, and nursing teams.
• Prepares documentation such as evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Communicates with patient, family, physician, and care team about status and needs.
• Establishes rapport with interdisciplinary team and family.
• Engages in professional growth and mentorship and participates in program development.

Education

Occupational Therapist licensing (Active license in state of practice)
