Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in OT upon hire
• Master entry level degree in OT upon hire
• Either student or prior experience in a Rehab setting
• KY licensure upon hire

Responsibilities

• Assess diverse patients and develop treatment plans.
• Implement competent treatment and perform regular reassessments.
• Document thoroughly and maintain records for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and productivity in a high-volume setting.
