Qualifications

• Must be a licensed and/or registered Therapist to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited university recognized by AOTA.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in-state.

Responsibilities

• Create treatment plans with goals and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations and treatments are obtained.
• Provide treatment to patients and modify as necessary.
