Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
• With any military service, training or education verified and credited by an accredited PA program is acceptable
• Licensure/Certification: State of Tennessee OTA License

Responsibilities

• Performs patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan under the direction of the Registered Occupational Therapist.
• Documents treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements.
• Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable.
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
• Performs related duties as required
