Good Samaritan is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to assess and treat residents in Saint Paul, MN. You will design individualized therapy plans, collaborate with nursing, social services and families, and document outcomes to support quality care in a Christian, not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required or completed within 60 days of employment.
• Maintains active state OT licensure where applicable.
• NBCOT certification preferred for GSS facilities.
• New graduates in SD/IA considered with temporary licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and design occupational therapy treatments.
• Evaluate physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial abilities.
• Develop realistic therapy goals and administer appropriate programs.
• Document evaluations and progress in accordance with departmental guidelines.
