PediaStaff is excited to offer a full-time School-Based Occupational Therapist in the Dover, Delaware area for the 2026-2027 school year. This 37.5-hour-per-week role runs Monday–Friday, with an ASAP start through June 10, 2027, in a school-based setting with a caseload of about 35–40 students.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, provide direct and consultative services, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with families and educational teams while documenting progress for

• Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Occupational Therapy license.
• Previous pediatric experience required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.

School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Full-Time PediaStaff is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Dover, Delaware area for the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a supportive school district and make a meaningful impact on students' success through direct therapy services, evaluations, and collaboration with educational teams.

Position Details

Full-time position (37.5 hours per week) Monday-Friday schedule, approximately 7:45 AM - 3:15 PM ASAP start through June 10, 2027

School-based setting

Caseload of approximately 35-40 students

Responsible for completing evaluations, approving goals, and overseeing service plans for a COTA caseload (no direct supervision required)
