Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a position in Miles City, MT. The role focuses on diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and community reintegration for patients in a rural hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, be registered with AOTA, and be licensed in Montana. The position offers a day shift with a compensation range and full benefits, including relocation/sign-on bonus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
• Licensed to practice in Montana

Mansioni

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned patients to help them reach maximum functioning.
• Administer evaluations and document in line with standards; consult on environmental design, adaptive equipment, positioning, and collaborations with schools, nursing homes, home care agencies, and hospitals.
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records and reports.
• Design and administer treatment programs to improve functioning using therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Provide neurology-focused therapy and sensorimotor integration to support development and independence.
• Design and fabricate splints and adaptive equipment per doctors’ prescriptions.
• Deliver preventive therapy to maintain functional skills and educate families on transfers and safety.
• Assess cognitive, organizational, attention, and coordination skills and determine need for adaptive equipment.
• Create home programs and educate patients and families on carrying them out.
• Participate in patient support groups and develop care plans.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy

Current AOTA registration

Licensed in Montana
