Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Miles City, Montana. The role offers a day shift within a hospital setting, with a pathway for career growth and community impact.

You will provide comprehensive evaluations and therapy to help patients achieve maximum independence, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting families in care planning. Relocation/sign-on bonus and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy is required.
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association is required.
• Montana state licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned patients to maximize independence.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records and reports.
• Design and administer therapy programs to improve strength, range of motion, and coordination.
• Instruct patients in adaptive techniques and the use of adaptive equipment for daily tasks.
• Train patients in the use of upper-extremity prosthetic devices to resume daily routines.
• Conduct home assessments and coordinate with schools, nursing homes, home care agencies, and hospital settings.
• Provide neurodevelopmental therapies and cognitive rehabilitation as appropriate.
• Develop and revise care plans and participate in patient support groups.
