San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital in Fresno, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will provide and direct Occupational Therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation, under physician orders, to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications include a BS in OT, a possible Master's degree, NBCOT registration, state licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy where accepted.
• Masters Degree required otherwise.
• NBCOT registered and licensed per state requirements.
• Current, valid, and active registration or license per state requirements in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy Services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.
• Functions under physician’s orders.
