Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (or Master’s degree).
• NBCOT registered and licensed as required by state.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• Current, valid state license/registration in employment state.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy services to patients.
