Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility OT services, assessing patient needs, planning recovery programs, and delivering therapy to promote independence. You will work with a dedicated rehab team to restore function and improve quality of life.

Eligible candidates have ACOTE-accredited OT degree, NBCOT registration, and an active state license. The role supports growth and patient-centered care within a supportive, expanding network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• Active OT license as required by state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy in an in-facility setting as part of the rehab team.
• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans and deliver OT services.
• Collaborate with directors and therapists to enable patient independence.
