Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and provide OT services in an in-facility setting. You will report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with the rehab team to restore independence.

A passion for caregiver education and patient empowerment is essential. Qualifications include ACOTE-accredited OT program, NBCOT registration, and an active OT license in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an OT curriculum ACOTE-accredited.
• Initial registration from NBCOT.
• Valid OT license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services in facility settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
