Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility OT services, assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering therapy to enhance independence and function. We prioritize patient-centered care and teamwork across settings.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Initial NBCOT certification is required.
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with a care team in various settings to ensure integrated care.
• Support program growth and participate in clinical mentorship and CEU opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards

Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
