Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.

This role supports collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and offers mentorship and professional development opportunities to grow your expertise within our patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans while delivering occupational therapy.
• Provide occupational therapy services in facility settings.
• Collaborate with a rehab team and refer when appropriate to support patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional recovery.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards

Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in state of practice
