Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility OT services, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy aimed at restoring independence. You will collaborate with rehab professionals and train patients and caregivers to maximize daily living skills.

The role includes a strong mentorship program, access to free CEUs through Medbridge, and eligibility for visa/relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and active OT license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized OT recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to restore independence and function.
• Collaborate with care teams and educate patients and caregivers on skills for daily living.
