Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, create recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.

You'll design individualized programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities, while collaborating with caregivers and the rehab team. We value growth, mentor new grads, and support professional development and visa sponsorship where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Active, valid OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with the care team to train patients and caregivers for independence.

Education
