Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an Occupational Therapist to plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring physical, social and mental function, within an interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include completing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy interventions, documenting progress, and supervising assistants.

Must hold a Master’s in OT or an OTD and a CA license; CPR/BLS certification required; two years of OT experience

Qualifications

• Master's in OT or OTD required.
• CA OT licensure required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Two years OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations and addresses assessment areas needing attention.
• Establishes individualized treatment plans and uses clinical techniques.
• Provides therapy interventions per protocols and communicates progress to the care team.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within established timeframes.
• Supervises assigned assistants and delegates tasks appropriately.
