Lionstone Therapy seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to lead and direct our OT services within the facility. The role involves planning, evaluating, and directing OT programs, with responsibilities spanning discharge planning, care planning, and policy development.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, program planning, and the ability to supervise OT staff. Telehealth may be used to sustain compliance and patient access in various care settings.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an OT.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret OT programs.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct OT services and programs.
• Communicate with staff when planning therapy services.
• Review OT policies and procedures annually.
• Participate in discharge planning and care plan development.
• Supervise OT assistants in accordance with state policies.
• Administer therapy services via Telehealth as required.
• Maintain treatment records and progress notes.
• Ensure billing for therapy is coded accurately.
