Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Lead to manage the OT team, coordinate daily operations, and oversee staff training. The role balances direct patient care with administrative leadership to promote recovery and exceptional outcomes.

You will build strong therapeutic relationships, ensure adherence to procedures, and support professional growth through ongoing orientation and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current licensure per state requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy experience, including two years in clinical or leadership roles.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team, supporting daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.
• Deliver patient-centered care, assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery and celebrate patient progress.
• Foster a compassionate environment focused on personalized treatment and outcomes.
• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and administrative tasks.
