Qualifications

California OT license in good standing.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational therapy.

Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare, and SNF regulations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to resident-centered, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions to support functional independence.
Document resident progress accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care.
Participate in care conferences and family meetings, as applicable.
Mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff, as applicable.
