Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• California license to practice Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment for neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues.
• Administers tests and measures for strength, ROM, coordination and respiratory/circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct clinical treatment per care plan.
• Participates in an interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Provides adaptive tools and treatments for patient needs.
• Maintains patient confidentiality of records.
• Performs home assessments to ensure safe discharge environment.
