Sun City SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the health team to meet rehabilitation goals.

The role also involves supervising COTAs, training staff, ensuring documentation compliance, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment to promote mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required, advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to read and follow medical policies and procedures.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise COTA and aides in resident care activities.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Provide in-services and training for staff; ensure compliant documentation.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and educate on home exercise programs.
