You will work with a multidisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and educate patients and families on therapy techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license/certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence and quality of life.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
