Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License required
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous Occupational Therapy experience required
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Cerner EMR knowledge strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring occupational therapy services
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients in improving mobility and daily living skills
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
