Qualifications
- Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona.
- Arizona OT License highly preferred.
- Previous acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Weekend coverage required.
- Must be available for 40 hours per week.
- Must commit to the 13-week contract.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, mobility, and ADLs.
- Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with licensure requirements.
