Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute of Tucson is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for an urgent 13-week contract assignment. The OT will deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services in an inpatient setting, building individualized treatment plans to boost functional independence and daily living activities.

Arizona-licensed candidates ready to start ASAP are preferred, with prior acute care or rehab hospital experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Arizona-licensed OT or eligible for licensure in Arizona
• Arizona OT License highly preferred
• Previous acute care, inpatient rehab, or rehab hospital experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Weekend coverage availability required
• Able to commit to 13-week contract and 40 hours/week
