Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers a 5x8 day schedule, guaranteed 40 hours per week, and an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Ideal candidates hold Arizona OT licensure or eligibility and are prepared to start ASAP.

Weekend availability is required; start date may shift based on candidate readiness. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document progress while delivering patient-centered

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain
• Ability to work weekend coverage as required
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations
• Develop individualized OT treatment plans
• Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living
• Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient goals
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on plans and discharge
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, case management, and other rehab team members
• Document evaluations, treatments, goals, and patient progress
• Support safe transitions across levels of care
• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and professional standards
