Apploi is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned patients, helping them reach maximum performance and function in the community within their capabilities.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, maintaining records, guiding support staff, and designing individualized therapy programs for adults, focusing on energy conservation and safety. Current OT registration with AOTA is required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate).
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
• Proficiency with applicable state, federal, and professional standards.

Aufgaben

• Administers and writes evaluations of assigned patients in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
• Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports.
• Directs the assistance of support staff to achieve patients’ functional goals.
• Administers treatment programs to increase patients' levels of functioning.
• Designs individualized therapy for adult learning-disabled patients.
• Develops home programs and instructs patients or families in carrying out such programs.
• Participates in patient support groups with other team members.
