Responsibilities

• Instructs residents, families, and caregivers in adaptive equipment use.
• Maintains patient records accurately and timely.
• Provides adaptive tools and treatments tailored to patient needs.
• Completes required forms per company policy and state/federal regulations.

Education

Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree

Current license in Occupational Therapy

One (1) year of clinical experience preferred

State approved certification to provide advanced level treatments
