Poway Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, document care, and communicate with families and physicians. You will supervise COTA staff and provide training to facility personnel, while participating in care conferences and discharge planning.

A Bachelor’s in OT is required; Master’s or Doctorate in OT preferred, with proficiency in Casamba and Point Click Care. This role requires active state licensure and strong documentation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and active state licensure.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Proficient in OT documentation and clerical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral and document findings.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans from referring physicians.
• Treat patients according to the physician plan and monitor progress.
• Supervise COTA and student staff in direct patient care.
• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning.
