Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver comprehensive OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary setting. You will work under professional standards and contribute to patient care plans.

The role requires a degree in Occupational Therapy and an active state OT license; CPR certification is preferred. Responsibilities include patient assessment, plan development, and collaboration with the care team

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Licenses & Certifications: Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
