Job summary

Pride-Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled OT services in Woodbridge, VA, complying with state and facility guidelines. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating per physician orders, updating discharge plans, documenting services, supervising COTAs, and collaborating with care teams and families while maintaining safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
