Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Program Manager - Physical Therapist for the Hutchinson, MN area. This full-time position offers excellent work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or evenings, and a pay rate of $36–$46 per hour in outpatient, assisted living, and independent living settings.

You will lead clinical teams, coordinate scheduling, and serve as the liaison for the Area Manager while delivering high-quality patient care to higher-functioning residents.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while getting leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for Area Manager.
