Job summary

Lake Health District is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN, non-exempt hourly work in Oregon. The therapist will evaluate patients and design individualized plans, collaborating with physicians and families to achieve meaningful goals and optimal function.

Candidates should hold an OT degree (BS/MS) and be licensed or eligible to practice in Oregon; CPR certification is required. Prior rehab experience is a plus, with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current or eligible Oregon OT license; CPR certification required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to complete 500-hour probation period.
• Experience in rehabilitation and team-based care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans using therapeutic, educational, vocational, and recreational activities to promote independence and function.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the healthcare team to set meaningful goals and monitor each patient’s progress.
