Job summary

French Prairie Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Woodburn, OR seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to screen, evaluate, and develop personalized treatment programs for residents. You will design and implement OT plans, collaborate with the care team, and ensure timely documentation and billing.

This role supports flexible PRN/on-call shifts with DOE compensation. Licensure required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist per state requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills focused on patient care.
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients.
• Designs OT treatment plans and goals to meet patient needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
